Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) offers affordably priced rental apartments and shared apartments in Stafford Borough and the area. The majority of our homes are rented through the SARHomes website, where you can see and apply for a home that meets your needs. SARH has a range of houses that can be rented immediately without having to sign up.

You can find these houses on SARH's website in the Homes Available Now section. And who can hire a SARH house? Everyone residing in Great Britain can apply for a SARH rental house. Belonging to one of these classifications doesn't mean you can't have a SARH home, but SARH needs to take a closer look at the information you need to provide before making a choice.

More information about clients who may not be able to apply for a SARH home can be found in the SARH Rental Policy and FAQ. Several SARH characteristics have limitations on who can apply for them. They are known as home requirements and are designed to help SARH make the most of its homes.

Can I apply to lease a SARH house? The majority of our homes are let through the SARHomes website, where you can see and apply for a home that meets your needs. In order to apply for an accessible rental home, you must first sign up with SARHomes. If you have a member of your household, a boyfriend, a carer and/or a guardian, you can apply for a house on your name.

SARH has a range of houses that can be rented immediately without having to sign up. You can find these houses on SARH's website in the Homes Available Now section. When you are asked for a SARH home, you may be asked to submit a credential from an actual or former owner and other information in order to assist with your request.

Then you can login with your registry number and register for a house. SARH may need to ask for additional information before accepting your enrollment. In this case, SARH will inform you in written form of the grounds and any measures you need to take to change the ruling.

Will all free SARH houses be promoted? Most of the empty SARH houses are promoted on SARHomes. In some cases, SARH can rent a house directly to a client without promoting the real estate. They are classified as direct rentals and are used in cases where an emergency need is detected that does not belong to one of the SARH rental policy priorities groups.

SARH offers a range of Extracare homes as part of its special residential portfolio that are conceived for clients with a need for long-term nursing care. Comprehensive evaluation will be conducted for clients who apply for Extracare apartments to identify their unique needs and the assistance they need. Evaluations are usually conducted together with a nursing practitioner and reviewed in a special Extracare House panel to make sure SARH is able to provide the most appropriate home for these needs.

SARH new clients are welcome to participate in a rental travel workshops. SARH's workshops are an occasion for SARH to discuss your legal obligations and to give you more information about the advantages of becoming a SARH client and to ask your tenants about your tenancies. We have an online hands-on session of the Rental Trip Workshops that will take you through the application for a SARH home and more.

What is SARH for? - SARH provides longer-term contracts than are normally provided by privately owned lessors. - Unlike privately owned rental companies, SARH does not charge a security fee and you do not have to make any commissions. All we ask is that you prepay the first full weeks of the rental.
