Finding A Bad Credit Mortgage

Have you had bad credit in the past, you might still be able to get a bad credit mortgage. Banking and home savings have a number of bad credit mortgage loans that may be available to those with bad credit ratings. They might still be able to get a mortgage if you have a bad credit standing, but it is tougher than normal to find a creditor.

The most bad credit mortgage is only available through a broker who will evaluate your personal circumstance and try to find a bad credit mortgage for you. A bad credit mortgage often has a significantly higher interest rates (and therefore higher redemption rates) than a regular fixed-rate or trackers mortgage, and you probably need a bigger deposit: instead of a 5% or 10% investment, which is normally enough for a fixed-rate or trackers mortgage, bad credit mortgage want a 15% investment - LTV of 85% - or more.
