When your house is in need of service, your lessor may need to make the necessary service for you. In general, a municipality does not have to make a subsidy or loan payment within a certain period of inactivity. If your municipal authorities specify a deadline in their own regulations, they must reimburse you within that deadline.

Possibly you can get a state loan named "Mortgage Interest Support" (SMI). It can help with interest payment if you get a loan to make some home improvements. This will not help you to repay the remainder of the loan (the so-called "capital"). You must also verify that the improvements you have made are supported by SMI.
