Dun and Bradstreet corporate credit checkYou will find a wide range of information about a company in the "Business Summary" section of the D&B-Brief. In this section you can find company information such as company sizes and net assets. Notice the four- or eight-digit "SIC" at the bottom of the "Business Summary" section, which indicates the nature of the sector for the company.
Please refer to the Executive Summary to find important information about the company and its finance histories. Verify the figures under "Financial Stress Class " and "Credit Score Class" to estimate the probability that the company will make timely payment. Lower figures in these areas are good, while higher figures indicate that the company may have pecuniary difficulties.
Look for the number "Current Paydex" to see how much the company normally needs to settle its unpaid invoices. Search for the Credit Capacity Summary and the Key Credit Summary to get an estimate of the company's credit position, such as the amount of the credit currently used. Please refer to the number given under "Financial Stress Class.
Beware of a company with a high level of cash burden, which indicates that the company is highly likely to face greater cash flow difficulties or insolvencies in the near-term. You can use the Credit Score Class Summary to assess the probability that the company will have significant arrears within the next year.
Check out the Payments Trends Profile to see the numbers behind these samples and the company's payments histories. In the " Historical and operational section " you will find information about the company's present management and past activities. In addition, the "Banking and Finance Summary" section contains information on the company's asset values and financial obligations.
