Learn more about the advantages of online management of your Mystery Card. When you visit London, you can get a Visitor card straight from your local visitor office. If you log in or are adding a new card to your bankroll, we must verify that you are the cardholder. Please call 0343 222 1234 (20:00-20:00 hrs a day, toll fees) if you have not travelled with the card in the last 8 consecutive week.

It is not possible to buy new bus and tram passes online. You can also make non-contact payments instead of using automatic recharge. Contactsless lets you use the same adults tariff as Oyster, never have to recharge and enjoy both regular week and day capping.
Automatic top-up ensures that you never run out of payment while you are borrowing by loading your card from your credit or debit card whenever your credit goes below £10. The card is recharged each time you tap your card on a card scanner at the beginning of a trip by coach, metro, streetcar, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, Riverbus or National Rail Service.
You enable automatic recharge when you tap your Mystery card on a card scanner when travelling by coach, metro, streetcar, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, River Bus or National Rail Service.
When you enable automatic recharging on your Mystery card, but do not travel or try it out (except on a coach or tram), you will be billed a max price. That is £8 in zone 1-9 (or up to 19.80 at railway stops outside London's tariff zones).
The automatic recharge only needs to be activated once. If you are travelling and your credit is below the 10 pound limit, your card will be recharged instantly.... Allows you to administer your automatic recharge settings online. Log in to your bank and choose the "Manage automatic recharge" option. Acquire your card by registering it in your Moneybookers area.
Possibly you are also entitled to a reimbursement or compensation of the balance of the credit or the value of your Travelcard or your Bus & Tram Pass. Up to eight weekly itineraries can be viewed and you can choose which weekly itinerary you would like to see. You can download your trip histories as a text format for use with most spreadsheet/database software.
It is also possible to have your itinerary sent to you by e-mail once a week or once a month. It may be possible to request a reimbursement if you have not affected the discrepancy between the calculated price and the real price for the trip you have made.
