Credit Cards for no Credit History no Deposit

No credit cards without credit card history No down payment

It is not possible to apply for a credit card without impeccable creditworthiness. If you want a hypothec, have no down payment and poor credit rating. I and my fiancée have been hiring personal accommodation for about 3-4 years, from what I've been hearing about the real estate markets, it looks like this year is the buying season, am I right? Trouble is I have no down payment, I have a poor credit history (no CCJ`s or anything that just misses credit card payment, catamaran payment, cell phone payment etc.), I probably owed about 1,000 - 1,500 to various businesses at the time which hopefully should all be clarified by the third trimester of the year.

That' s all I can do to get a mortgage, I havent really been able to see any mortgages advisors or something like that, yet while I was hoping I could get some advice on here first. At the moment I make about 20k a year and my fiancée about 10k -12k a year.

£120k - £130k for it, is there any benefit of purchasing a home from a family member, I went to A&L last year to see a Motga giver counsellor and she said because it was my father I wouldn't need a deposit to deposit ?

£2k to repay all your debt and get a home?
