As a rule, you do not have to make a rating payment if: you are an active mortgagor who would like to refinance your current home with us, you are a new mortgagor who would like to transfer the mortgages for your current home to us. After the fixed interest term has expired, subsequent payment or higher montly payment can be made free of cost.
