To report your card as lost, stolen or damaged, select "Manage my card" from your credit card and select "Card lost, stolen or damaged". You can continue to use the card while you are waiting for it to happen. When your card is about to expire, a substitute card is created for you.

When the expiration date has expired and you have not been issued a new card, you must call our Lost & Stolen staff. In order to order a spare card: Login to Online Banking and securely submit a My Messages email (found via the insert symbol at the top of the page).

Choose "General enquiries" as the reference and indicate which card you would like to exchange. In order to claim a credit card replacement: Register with Online Banking and securely submit a My Messages email (found via the envelop symbol at the top of the page). Choose "Credit card queries" as the reference and indicate which card you would like to exchange.

If you wish to notify your card as missing, lost, stolen or damaged, choose "Manage my card" under your credit card > then " Lose, lose, stolen or damaged card". For reporting a loss or damage to a credit card and ordering a replacement: Choose "Maps" from the list on the far right. From the " Managing your credit card " section, choose "Report your card and order a replacement" or "Order a damaged card replacement".
