You have the right to terminate the contract within 14 calendar Days without incurring any penalties and without giving any reasons whenever you decide to purchase a new credit or debit card. If, after this 14-day deadline, you have received your credit or debit advice, you have the right to terminate it within one working days of receipt of any of these notices.
You should not, however, expect to be able to terminate your credit contract without having to make a payment. For example, while you are not faced with a "fine" in the shape of a reversal charge, you must repay any balances you have accumulated on the credit cards (and any interest you have accumulated on the dates on which you had this debt).
In the event that the purchased Prepaid Card collects an annuity, you may be required to make a partial payment proportional to the duration of the Prepaid Card's ownership, or the entire annuity if it is due from the inception. Normally, you must notify the credit cardholder in written form, but you can also call them to let them know of your intention.
Even though you can terminate the creditcard contract, you cannot reverse credit researches carried out when you applied for a creditcards. By transferring credit to a new credit, you are canceling all older, non-used cards.
