Mr. Peter also advises debtors, loan promoters, loan creditors, and loan fiduciaries on problem financing, processing, and servicing of loans to government, hospital, nursing care, college and university students, apartment buildings, students' apartments, and other forms of debt.
Mr. Hübner advises principals in Chapter 9 local government administration procedures, 11 local government financing procedures and regional administration procedures. He has advised on a number of multi-family loan deals and financing of senior citizens' institutions (always along the continuity between senior citizens' homes and care professionals).
Those operations comprise all kinds of loan improvement, such as FHA (both cashless and promissory note), FHA co-insurance and share risks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, GNMA, documentary credits, guarantees and suretyships. Helaba has been involved in a large number of uncredited and unsecured rating based transaction, among them a large number of financing and refinancing of multi-family residential property pursuant to 8 as well as a number of financing arrangements for purchases.
In addition, he has acted as a consultant on a number of detached transaction and as a consultant to bidders for bidding options. Mr. Peter has advised on a number of healthcare financing (and problem financing) issues, among them as a debt advisor, underwriter's counsel and/or Credit Enhancer's counsel on financing or workflow for hospital, healthcare system and healthcare institution clients.
Mr. Peter has been involved in healthcare transaction activities that involve a wide range of loan improvement technologies, among them surety financing, FHA mortgages assurance (both cashless and promissory note), documentary credits, and non-borrowing financing. Mr. Rico has advised on government and municipal issuer deals in more than 45 states, among them nationwide issues in Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as locally and regionally issued securities throughout the nation.
