What credit should you give your clients?
receive a ruling from a credit insurance company or: carry out your own calculations. There are two ways to determine your own credit limit: A credit limit to assist the level of turnover. Provided the credentials are good enough, the credit limit is double the value of the client's turnover per month. This is a limit that you are willing to pay, regardless of the level of turnover.
One common method of calculating this is the lower of 10% net assets or 20% working capital (net current assets). Technique 2 is better as the distribution employees have the authorization to resell up to the credit line, which needs to be checked less frequently. By identifying your carbon footprint, you can put additional marketing efforts into the A's and B's in the near term to put your company on a more solid foundation.
Ensure that your employees are informed about customers' credit limit.
