Attempt to stay at least a few month between job application and try to prevent more than one credit application at a stretch. Requesting a community loan can sometimes improve your chance of getting a loan and might be right for you. You should, however, definitely refrain from submitting a job application if one of you has a bad creditworthiness.
Unless you plan to make full monthly payments, make sure that your periodic borrowings on all your credit card accounts are below 25% of the overall credit line limits. Those "soft" offers are still on your credit reports, but only from you and the vendor you did it with, and they don't influence your evaluation like a "hard" one.
It allows you to input some of your own information to obtain an idea of how likely it is that you will be approved for a face-to-face loan or credit facility. So-called " aptitude tests " are also offered by credit cards companies. A " suitability test " gives an overview of the probability of accepting, but not an estimate of the credit line or annual percentage rate of charge that a client would get if accepting.
Those reviews are still viewable on your credit reports from you and the vendor you did the review with, but do not influence your evaluation like a "hard" review.
