Purchasing a home is probably the biggest individual capital expenditure you will ever make, and if you are like most humans, you will need a mortgage to make it possible. Whilst there are no warranties that you will be eligible for the mortgage that you want, there are certain actions that you can take that will make you more appealing in the lender's view.
