Loans Secured by Land

Borrowings secured by land

Hello together My partner has recently bought some land with money from an inheritance to set up a small holding company. Offering secondary commercial loans for almost any purpose, secured against many property types or plots in the UK.

An onshore secured credit?

Recently my spouse purchased some land with funds from an estate to start a small stake. While there is great room for improvement, we need an amount of funding to further the development of the land (better building, more cattle, better drinking facilities, etc.). It has been estimated at 60 to 75,000 and I would like to ask if anyone knows how to secure a credit on this land?

We' ve thought about going to sell ourselves and start over, but we have already invested a great deal of work in the country and we really want to remain where we are and tackle it. I' ve been informed that when it comes to lending secured on asset, bankers are very jumpy, and the only other options we have found are commercial finance, which is so costly that it makes it unprofitable.

Wouldn't uncollateralized loans be good for investigation?
