When you are dissatisfied with the way your payday creditor has acted, the statutes can help you file a grievance. All payday loan firms will not be members of a business federation.

When you have submitted a claim to your local banking institution or daily payer and you are not satisfied with the reply, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to conduct an investigation.

FOS may investigate your complaints and provide you with indemnification. There are six month from the date of the definitive reply to file your claim with the FOS. You should know from your local banks or lenders when their reply is definitive. This may be her only answer to your complaints.
