It is important that you review your entire policy, paying particular heed to the text in point 2(a) (Refunds) and the reference to your right of withdrawal that you should review.
You will find the following information in your loan agreement: Amount to be paid (the aggregate amount of your loan plus the entire loan fee). Provided you comply with the terms of this Arrangement, you will pay xx per annum of £xx (as described in your own Arrangement). Your first installment is due one week after the loan is sent to you.
For example, the amount you owed changes if you do not make full and punctual payment; you reimburse part or all of the loan early. Failure to make a full and punctual payment will result in a higher total interest payment. Since we do not levy any charges on your loan, your annual interest is equal to the interest on it.
There is a set interest on your loan. Interest will be charged on the amount due from the date on which we ship the loan to you. But if you do not make your payment in full and on schedule, you will not be able to cut the account so quickly (and it may even rise), which means that you will be paying more interest overall.
Overpaying your loan is possible at any moment. As a result, the amount due is reduced and you will have to repay less interest. Your amount of your money will remain the same so that you can repay your loan faster. If you wish to receive an explanation of the effect of an excess charge on the amount owed by you, we will contact you within seven working days of your enquiry.
