It felt like the managers had just started with the hospitality industry. She didn't seem too pleased that we'd squandered the fruit. and we got a prize in dollar. When we had found an ATM that gave us cash, we went to the checkout.
So when we challenged her rates, the teller showed... That was a rather strange time. It felt like the managers had just started with the hospitality industry. She didn't seem too pleased that we'd squandered the fruit. and we got a prize in dollar.
When we had found an ATM that gave us cash, we went to the checkout. So when we challenged their course, the teller showed us a Spaniard side with high courses and he used the course "sell dollars". Said he was doing us a favour by taking dollar, and that's why he calculated the exchange price "sell dollar".
None of the other companies in Monteverde seemed to have a credit or debit management issue. And I wouldn't go so far as to call this deal insincere; I sense they're just naïve. But they' re gonna have to get the memory scrambler repaired. There' s another one here that says it's been out of order for over a months.
Multi -charge credit cards, managers refuse to repair - Reviews of Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill, Waterloo, Ontario
One was a double and the other was for a few pennies - I can't believe how reckless she chose to be with our credit cards, wouldn't pay back by phone - expecting us to go back to the diner with a copy of our bill and credit cards bill, eventually complaining to the central, the executive eventually phoned us and said she'd pay back the double fee - she never did - we had to discuss it with the credit cards firm!
Poorest ever client support, we are hardworking humans and usually have meals once a month in this place, it is normal fastfood, the meal is often dry, but we have never had complaints, but this degree of cheating and bad client support is not acceptable. The Swiss Chalet and the absence of care for our clients were very disappointing.
Order here for a working dinner in the store, as everyone was longing for a Swiss style cottage. In the end I ordered everything from the collection area and the lady who helped me didn't seem too enthusiastic to work there. When I drove back with all the meal, I realized that the lady who took my order did not put the whole thing very well in the pouch and again spilled the whole thing and my automobile with the whole meal, causing chaos.
One time I asked my colleagues what the meal was like, there were miscellaneous critiques... the poultry was a big success, but the poultry neighborhood was quite arid and tasteless. There was nothing wrong with the salad, I found that a large part of the salad had withered and turned dark and the chips seemed a little muddy.
I' m not sure if we will order bigger business meals from here again, because the telephone order was more than disappointing and the real meal itself was quite stale and dull. This was the first meal I had in a chalet in another city in Canada, but it was the first meal I had in a chalet in the same city.
There was a refreshing small menue, mostly hen and rib, so the selection was simple. Servicing was good, the meals were quickly supplied and the servings were large. And the cabbage leaves were made in their own home, unlike so many other places of those times.
Since I was somewhat dissatisfied with the menus of the chalet, I asked for breast of hens and the operative had no clue what the latter was. Said hen houses were available, so I ordered three. Had I known how big this order was, with French fried potatoes going with every hen house, I would have ordered two instead of three.
Asking for details of the location, as well as the town, I had the feeling that I had contacted a foreign call center. Well, there was good mailman attendance and the hen was good. Walked to the chalet on Weber. Superb facilities fast and diabolical superb hen and absolute loves to eat chips.
