The best trained leader on the best designed projects will eventually handle risk. However, how this affects the projects depends on how well the teams manage these risk factors. Best way to manage risk is to take it out of the projects in one way or another.

Eliminating hazards can help the venture continue without the distractions and additional effort associated with managing the hazards posed by its own equipment. There are four main stages in managing a given type of hazard. Identification of hazards is the first stage in managing your business. All parties should be able to recognise possible threats.

In this early stage, an impartial evaluator must establish whether the level of exposure is sufficiently high to be addressed by the PMT. There' always going to be dangers. Some of them, however, will be insignificant from the outset or so far away that very little treatment should be required.

Manage your projects should not mean worry about every small opportunity. Instead, it should concentrate on developing reduction schedules that truly support and improve the overall PMP. It is the first steps to minimize the associated hazards of each and every assignment. Once a hazard survives the phase of identifying it and stays on the hazard radars of the leader of the project, it must be analyzed, investigated and assessed.

There are many different types of resource from the process - projectmanagers, technical specialists, lobbyists, decision-takers. Analysis of the risks was considered applicable to the specific projects. It should be decided by the responsible persons (project leaders, stake holders, etc.) whether this exposure is appropriate to the times and ressources of the research teams or whether it should be kept as it is and should be acceptable to the work.

As soon as the teams have pinpointed and analyzed the risks, it is timely to make a definitive decision as to whether the leader of the initiative has already chosen to eliminate or not. Last but not least for each and every hazard is the removal from the work. It may be the case if the risks have been successfully addressed or reduced due to the process in the RMRP.
