Conditions for the cardholder
1.1 These General Business Rules shall be applicable to each Cardholder of this Card ("the Card"). Use of your card constitutes your acceptance of these General Business Conditions. At any time you may ask for a copy of these General Business Practices. In these General Business Rules, the following words and sentences have the meaning indicated next to them:

The safety number designated for use with the Card; the monetary value means the value of the monies that may be kept with the Card at any given moment; the Seller means a retail dealer, trader or other goods and/or service provider who will accept acceptance of card, card number, personal identification number or card transaction and sign; the Summary Box means the section containing notice of fees, limitations and limitations relating to the Card; the Seller's bank is the trader used by the Seller to receive Transaction Receipts.
3. 1 The Card is a prepaid credit card debt instrument that can be used to purchase goods and provide service at merchants carrying the Card System icon.
In order to use the card, present it at the moment of paying. You can use it in the full or partial disbursement of your order. Once you have provided us with your essential information, the card can be downloaded and used. We do not levy any charges on you for recharging your card when using a card other than a card for borrowing or debiting, unless we are entitled to do so.
Where we are entitled to do so, the charges we make to you for loading your card with a card of your choice may not be higher than the cost we thereby bear. You may not make any purchase that exceeds the total amount of money available on the card.
You will be credited with the amount of each sale you make. In the event that a sale results in you having your available credit or the card limits applicable from period to period as specified in Term 17 of the Terms and Conditions (e.g. ATM withdraw limit), the sale will be rejected.
3. You can use the card to make your shopping online, over the telephone or in shops. You can withdraw money from automatic teller machines with your card. It is not a credit card backed by a banking card and is in no way associated with a banking card.
Nor is it a warranty card, batch card or debit card. No interest is paid on the money on the card. Do not use the card for: illicit use. We may stop, suspend or limit your Card or your PIN for good cause which relates to the alleged unauthorized or fraudulent use of your Card or your PIN. 3. 7 We may stop, suspend or limit your Card or your PIN for good cause which relates to the alleged unauthorized or fraudulent use of your Card or your PIN. 3.
If possible, we will notify you before we stop, suspend or restrict your card or your personal identification number that we wish to do so and why. We are not liable for the deterioration, security, lawfulness or any other aspects of the goods or service obtained with the Card.
There is no liability for a merchant's default in accepting the card. We will not be issuing the card to persons under the age of 18 under these circumstances. If you have been given a Facilitated Due diligence Card or a restricted card, you may use it only at ATMs in the UK and at merchants in Europe.
Use of your Card, Card Number or Login Number is your authorization and acceptance of any transactions. You may not stop a trade after it has been submitted to us by giving your approval for the trade or after you have given the vendor your approval for a preauthorised deposit.
We may decline a payment or the right to top up, suspend or cancel your Card. The Card may be used for operations which are not carried out in the Card's own foreign-currency ("Foreign Currency"). 2. If you carry out a foreign payment operation, we will convert the amount into the card's denomination at a foreign competitively priced foreign rate provided by the local market.
Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. The expiration date of the card is imprinted on the card. They may not use the card after its expiration date and may not recharge it. If you have used your card within two week of the expiration date, we will e-mail you to notify you that we will have transferred the amount due to a new card without delay.
If you do not wish to extend your card, please let us know. If you extend your card under any circumstance, this arrangement will remain in effect. If you do not wish your card to be extended or to be replaced, you will not be able to use your card after the expiration date.
However, you may cash any remaining funds on the Card up to 6 years after the expiration date by following the procedure in Term 8. If, after the expiration of the validity period, a credit is left on the card for more than 6 years, it will not be reimbursed. All or part of your funds may be redeemed up to 6 years after the expiration date shown on your Card.
It is also possible to terminate the card via the portable device. In the event you do not have wireless connectivity, call us immediately on +44(0)203 322 83 52 (we have a 24-hour service) to block your card and your personal identification number (PIN); stop using your card, card number or personal identification number immediately.
When you find the card after pausing it for a while, you can reactivate it via the application and use it again. When you find the card after reporting it as permanent loss, theft or misuse, please disassemble and discard it. Further information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.
You are not responsible for the use of the Card, Card Number, PIN or Portable Device by another who does not have your consent to use it, or if it is loss, theft or destruction, and you have notified us of such occurrences unless: you have committed fraud; then, to the fullest legal effect, you may be held responsible for abuse of the Card, Card Number, PIN or Portable Device.
They may be held responsible only up to a limit of 35 pounds resulting from operations resulting from the use of a card which has been misappropriated, forgotten or misappropriated if the card holder has not kept the card's special means of identification secure. If your card is used, misused, loss, theft or if you believe the card may be abused without your consent, we may release to prosecution any information that we reasonably believe to be pertinent.

You will be considered to have agreed to any amendment to these General Business Terms and conditions, unless you give us prior notification of any opposition to the date of the amendment suggested. At this point in over 1 minute, you can cash in your entire credit free of cost. In the event that you decide to modify your opinion about the possession of the card, you may terminate it at any moment free of cost. You will be refunded the amount left on the card. 2 We will send you a new card. Reimbursement in the denomination of your prepaid card. 3 We will pay you in the equivalent denomination of your prepaid card.
We can cancel this contract at any moment. You can cancel this Memorandum of Understanding by contact us via our In-App-support Chat feature. If you do not cash in all your funds within 6 years of the expiration date of your Card, this agreement will expire. By concluding this contract, you consent to our use of your information in accordance with the "How we use your information" section of these General Business Terms as described in Term 16.
We may assign our privileges or duties under this contract or appoint another individual to perform their privileges or duties under this contract. Do not assign any of your legal or regulatory interests or duties under this License Statement. Section 4 We may postpone the enforcement of your statutory right under this License without loss thereof.
If we are unable to enforce any clause, term or part of a clause or term under this agreement, this shall not effect any other clause, term or part of the clause or term under this Agreement. Section 6 This License shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
English is the official Language of this License and all communications and information provided under this License are in English. Clause 14 shall only apply if the Supplier's financial institution is domiciled in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the payments to be made are made in euro or another EEA Member State country whose currencies are the euro.
14. 3 If you use your card or make your card data available to a merchant to carry out a payment before you know the amount to be debited from your card, we will not freeze any monies on your card unless you authorize the precise amount to be freeze.

Our system of automatic decision-making allows us to evaluate your applications and validate your identities. Default bureaus may review the information you provide against information contained in any data base (public or otherwise) to which they have direct or indirect contact.
Your solvency or scores cannot be affected by applying for a loan. You will be processed, used, administered, controlled, monitored, controlled, released and recorded by us in order to: browse the logs of the Central Claims and Anti-Fraud Offices (including information from abroad) in order to administer your User ID; administer your User IDs and guidelines and administer any applications, agreements or communications you may have with us; conduct, supervise, analyze and enhance our operations; communicate with you by mail, telephone or otherwise about other goods and provide other service that we believe may be of interest to you, unless you tell us otherwise, in which case we will use the information to: investigate your User IDs and other information that we believe may be of interest to you; and
We may disclose information about you: to anti-fraud services; to any organization that supports any of our items you own; to any payments system under which we make your card; if a transaction is made through a global payments system, to certain government bodies to identify and deter terrorist activity (including government bodies outside the United Kingdom); to anyone you authorize us to disclose information about you.
