Blighty's expenditure monitoring has cautioned that one third of the government's large-scale plans for the next five years are on their way to failure. As the National Audit Office said in its report on large scale governance project implementation, 37 of the 106 planned to be completed by 2021 are "in question or unattainable if no measures are taken to enhance implementation".
