Note: To download credit card transactions, you must connect your online credit card account to Financial Edge NXT. Managing credit cards feds Financial Edge NXT allows you to add credit line information to your credit line after accepting Yodlee's User Conditions. For the first step, you will need the registration information for your credit cards on-line credit cards. Please note: To be able to charge credit cards, you must link your credit cards on-line with Financial Edge NXT.

It is a procedure that generates credit cards with pre-filled information from your credit cards company. If you are connecting only one credit institute and do not have available credit cards from your own account, you can start to add credit cards as follows. You will need to associate the account if you are connecting more than one FI or have already established FI credit cards.

You can find more information under Linking the Credit Cards Account. In the Treasury credit cards account listing, choose Append to open the Connect to Credit card Feeds dialog. Notice: When you start creating your credit cards for the first moment with Let's get launched, the Get launched page will appear after you have accepted Yodlee's conditions of use.

In the search box, specify the name of the bank you want to log in to. Then, fill in the sign-in information for the current and click Submit. Note that logon information may differ according to your bankroll. It is recommended that you keep this information available when you create your own bankroll. The information you provide will not be saved in Financial Edge NXT and you will only need to provide your bank details once.

As soon as the login information has been validated and the bank information has been captured, choose Create bankroll. You will see the added account (s) under Added Actions. Every on-line trading activity must be linked to the NXT Finance Edge. As soon as the connection is established, choose I'm done connection feeds. Your connection will be automatically established. The next step depends on how many banks you have affiliated and whether you already have your own or not.

Please note: If you have only affiliated one bank and there are no available Credit Edge credit cards, you can start to add credit cards as follows. When you have linked more than one bank or have established credit cards with your bank, you must connect the bank account(s). You can find more information under Linking the Credit Cards Account.

In the Add Credit Cards Accounts dialog box, choose the main bank statement and the invoice method. In Identify Main Account, choose the bank that shows all of its daughter chart transaction. In this way it is ensured that double transaction does not appear on the credit page. When you do not see or have the main log on page, choose "Not List or Not Available".

" Choose how your organizational unit is invoiced under Choose invoice types. You can choose "One message for all cards" or "One message per card". Please note: Some companies have several credit carts that are merged into one master bank area. As an example, company credit or debit is often a large number of single or daughter credit or debit notes, all of which are listed on the same credit or debit sheet.

It is important to have an understanding of how your organisation is invoiced when you choose the invoicing document category. After you have completed your invoice information, choose Create Your Own Bankroll. Credit cardholder accounts are added to the credit cardholder registry. In Identify Main Accounts, choose the bank that shows all of its daughter chart transaction.

In this way it is ensured that double transaction does not appear on the credit page. When you do not see or have the main accounts, choose "Not List or Not Available". "Under Choose invoice method, choose the One invoice for all maps option. Choose Next to input the bank information.

Choose the kind of map you want to add and specify an area name. Specify the supplier with whom you want to make the credit-card payment. Specify a liabilities and a credit line item. Every credit or debit card must have a standard GL Third Party Liabilities Deposit balance. Used as a settlement accounting object.

Upon receipt of a credit rate/invoice, this bank should have a zero credit amount. Please note: We do not advise using an AP Summary as a GL Liabilities accounts. Provide supplementary information about the daughter chart, incorporating the last four numbers of the chart and the cardholder's name. Select the Ignore? check box for all your ignored Feeds.

As a result, Yodlee will remove the credit cards feeder and ensure that it will not be used to set up the new Yodlee user accounts. Ignore? check box is not available if you have chosen a "Master Account" on the Identify a Master Accounts page. From the Delegate box, choose the Financial Edge NXT user(s) who will be in charge of transmitting credit-faird transaction activities.

Choose Create my Icon. Credit Cards are added to the credit cards registry. Choose the option One invoice per payment form under Choose invoice form. Choose Next to input the bank information. Choose the kind of map you want to add and specify an area name. Specify the supplier with whom you want to make the creditcard settlement payment.

Choose whether you want to use the same disclaimer for all your tickets or not. When you choose Yes, specify the legal entity to use. When you choose No, you can specify each liable item on the next page. Please note: Every credit or debit card must have a standard GL Third Party Liabilities balance.

Credit Cards are added to the credit cards registry. On the Credit Cards page, if you choose Administer Credit Cardholder Supplies, the Edit Credit Cardholder Supplies screen will appear.

Here you can see the name of the bankaccount, the number of subscriptions and the date of the last subscription to the subscription. In order to use the Edit credit cards Feeds dialog box, choose Edit next to the credit cards you want to refresh. Changing the passwords is a frequent cause of disconnecting feeds.
