Mr. Richards provides advice to members of the finance community on government and state regulative compliancy issues affecting private and corporate mortgages providers, brokerage firms, service providers, consumer finance firms, students' credit firms and collection agencies. He is a recognised national market leading firm in mortgages and finance service licence issues, advising on the establishment of finance service providers and advising on strategy acquisition.

Mr. Hübner is a regular interlocutor with German and state regulators on both advisory and non-adversarial issues on business for a variety of different firms in the finance industry. He advises on CFPB compliancy, all issues of the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Measurement of Risk (SAFE) Act, issues relating to licenses for investment banking and the Nationwide Multistate License System & Registry (NMLS).

Mr. Haydn has experience in providing multinational regulatorial opinions on all facets of regulative compliancy to mortgages banks and other processing services firms. Helps customers conduct regular in-house and outside compliancy research, facilitate interactions with regulators, and support them in all facets of state and government audit, audit, and advocacy.

Mr. Bennett has broad SAFE Act expertise for mortgages providers, agents and service providers, as well as third parties from credit execution firms, labor agencies and other members of the mortgages community. It is a member of the NMLS Industry Working Group (IDWG) - a body of industrial members that directly assists in the design and further application of the NMLS and the American Association of Residential Medicine and Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) Practice Advisory Council and the NMLS Practice Advisory Council.

Haydn was named by Mortgage Compliance Magazine as one of only eight "Top Mortgage Regulatory Compliance Lawyers" for 2014 and is a productive contributor and writer on issues related to finance related issues.
